Cancellation Policy
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment please give a minimum 24 hours notice.
Any no shows or appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 30% of the scheduled service and are required to pay a non-refundable deposit to rebook.
All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes the appointment will be cancelled/rescheduled.
If you are not satisfied with your service I must be informed within 72 hours of your original appointment date. This policy only applies to minor touch ups. This policy does not cover if there is a change in mind about color or style. That is an additional service and will be charged full price.
ALL SERVICES AND DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please know that these policies are in place to protect myself and my business. Last minute cancellations and no shows leave me with no time to book other clients to make up for the loss.
