Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens! If you need to cancel, please just let me know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. Tardiness Policy There’s a 15 minute grace period if you’re running behind. After 15 minutes, I will need to either reschedule or cancel your appointment. Clients who no show or repeatedly show up late will be unable to book future appointments. Service Adjustment Policy Your happiness with your hair means a lot to me. If something feels off, please reach out within 48 hours so I can make a minor adjustment. This doesn’t apply to changes of mind about color or style. Those would be considered a new service and will be charged. Refund Policy All services are non refundable. These policies are here so I can run my business smoothly and fairly. Last minute cancellations and no shows leave me with no time to offer the spot to another client, and as a small business owner, that loss really adds up.
